- Email us at help@handmadeblossoms.space within 14 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for return
- A photo of the item (if possible)
We will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item received).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.
💰 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
❌ Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
