  • The item must not show signs of wear, stains, or partial use.
  • You must contact us first to initiate the return process.

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at help@handmadeblossoms.space within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief reason for return
    • A photo of the item (if possible)

We will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item received).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Used or incomplete kits
  • Custom or personalized orders
