1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required to process your return.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Any item made or embroidered to your specifications (names, monograms, custom colors) is final sale.
  • Sale Items: Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non‑refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at help@stitchandcanvas.online within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the item name/sku, and a brief reason for return.
  3. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Important: Do not ship your return without an RMA number; unapproved returns may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

  • Buyer‑Paid Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we shipped in error, you are responsible for return postage and packaging.
  • Carrier & Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance—Stitch & Canvas is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Address: Returns must be sent to the address provided in your RMA email.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of your refund status.
  • Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping and return shipping costs are non‑refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

  • For exchanges (e.g., different size or color), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
  • If you need assistance coordinating an exchange, email us at help@stitchandcanvas.online.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Send a photo of the defect/damage along with your order number to help@stitchandcanvas.online.
  • We will arrange a pre‑paid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
