  5. How do I care for my embroidered canvas pieces?
    • Washing: Hand‑wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach.
    • Drying: Lay flat to dry; avoid direct sunlight.
    • Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat from the back side of the embroidery.
  6. What is your return & exchange policy?
    • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
