- All of our items are crafted from 100% premium, eco‑friendly cotton canvas and high‑grade, color‑fast embroidery floss. Wooden hoops and handles are sustainably sourced.
- How do I care for my embroidered canvas pieces?
- Washing: Hand‑wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry; avoid direct sunlight.
- Ironing: If needed, iron on low heat from the back side of the embroidery.
- What is your return & exchange policy?
- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
