It’s a complete DIY kit that lets you create textured artwork by “punching” yarn through a fabric using a special needle tool. No prior embroidery experience is required – it’s beginner-friendly and fun!
📦 2. What’s included in each kit?
Each kit contains:
- Pre-stretched fabric with hand-drawn design
- Matching color yarn
- Punch needle tool
- Wooden or plastic hoop
- Easy-to-follow instructions (English and Vietnamese)
🖌️ 3. Is the pattern already printed on the fabric?
Yes – each piece of fabric is hand-drawn with the design before shipping, so you can follow it directly. No need to transfer or draw anything yourself.
🧒 4. Is this suitable for beginners or children?
Absolutely. Our kits are beginner-friendly and ideal for adults, teens, and supervised children (ages 8+). No sewing or embroidery background is needed.
🌍 5. Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our family-run workshop in Vietnam. All items are handcrafted and packaged with care before being shipped internationally.
⏱️ 6. How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping time (U.S.): 5–7 business days via FedEx or UPS
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
💳 7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via PayPal.
Even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a guest using your card securely through PayPal.
🔄 8. Can I return a kit if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

🧾 9. Is sales tax included?
Yes – a 12% tax is applied at checkout to cover applicable VAT/import fees. There will be no extra charges upon delivery for U.S. customers.
