📦 Processing Time
- All orders are hand-prepared and packaged within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.
🌍 Shipping Rates
We currently ship to the U.S. and other selected international destinations.
- Flat rate shipping:
- $9.00 for orders up to $36.00
- Tiered shipping:
- For orders over $36.00, shipping is calculated as 25% of the order total
Example:
If your order total is $48.00, your shipping cost will be $12.00 (25% of $48).
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
- International shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days (via FedEx or UPS)
- Please note that actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.
🧾 Sales Tax
A 12% sales tax is applied to all orders at checkout.
This covers applicable VAT/import duties, allowing us to deliver your package without additional charges upon arrival in the U.S.
📌 Shipping Policy & Conditions
- We do not ship on Sundays or Vietnamese national holidays.
- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, weather conditions, customs processing, or courier disruptions.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
